Return & Refund Policy – Drinking Straws
We offer a 30-day return policy for all drinking straws purchased from our store. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Because our products are drinking straws, which are food-contact items, our return policy is designed to ensure hygiene, safety, and fairness for all customers.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, drinking straws must meet all of the following conditions:
Unused & Unwashed: Items must be in their original, brand-new condition.
Original Packaging (Factory Sealed): For hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted if the original packaging remains unopened and the factory seal is intact.
Proof of Purchase: Please include your receipt or order confirmation.
Note: To maintain our strict hygiene standards, items that have been opened or handled cannot be approved for return.
Free Return Shipping
We provide free return shipping for approved returns within the 30-day return window.
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
30% Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
This fee covers inspection, hygiene verification, and restocking of drinking straws.
Example:
If your order total is $100, your refund will be $70.
No Final Sale Items
We do not offer final-sale items.
All drinking straws sold on our website are eligible for return as long as they meet the return conditions stated above.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your drinking straws arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
Returned drinking straws must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned drinking straws, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.
