Distributor FAQ
Can I mix colors on a pallet?
Yes. A pallet can be any mix of SKUs, formats and colors, as long as each SKU is in full cases.
Do you sell less than a pallet?
Distributor orders start at one pallet. Because you can mix any SKUs in full cases, one pallet can cover several formats and colors. Qualified distributors get a free sample pack before ordering.
Where do you ship from?
Bedford, Indiana. Orders ship FOB Bedford. We quote LTL freight at market rate, or you can use your own carrier.
Can I sell your products online?
Our products may not be resold on Amazon.com or Walmart.com. If you sell through other online channels, tell us on the form and we'll confirm.
Do you offer private label?
For chain or branded accounts, we offer custom printed straws. See the Custom Straws page, or ask us on the form.
What do I need to open an account?
